Case Management

MediCall has a dedicated department of nurses who support our client's internal Case Managers. MediCall state-specific licensed nurses have experience with several types of Case Management work, including:

• Case Manager Assistants scheduling appointments, contacting providers and following up on test results and medical reports
• Calling injured workers on behalf of the Case Manager for routine follow up calls
• Summarizing medical reports in the client’s software

By utilizing MediCall nurses to assist the Case Managers, our clients are able to keep their Case Managers focused on the members who need the most attention.
