Medicare Set-Aside Administrative and Professional Support Services

MediCall's MSA Administrative and Professional Support Services enable customers to outsource the costly and time consuming processes of generating a Medicare Set-Aside that increases productivity while retaining their differentiation in the market place.

The process begins with receipt of the scanned file. Our professional Case Administrators review the file, identify/ label each document, and collate/organize each document type into the designated sub-files in preparation for the MediCall Medicare Set-Aside Specialist, our client's Medicare Set-Aside Allocators and for submission to CMS.

Once the file is prepared, MediCall's US licensed RN's review the file for development of the Medicare Set-Aside Abstract. The abstract provides our client with a concise and comprehensive chronological written narrative of the Injured Person's Accident, Summary of Treatment, Summary of IME's/QME's, and Identification of Unrelated conditions.

Our objectives are to:

• Eliminate the administrative cost and burden of preparing a file for submission to CMS
  
• Increase productivity of our client's professional and clinical staff who develop the Medicare Set-Aside Allocation thereby decreasing cost to produce an MSA
  
• Support our client's footprint and differentiation in the marketplace by providing a high quality abstract to more accurately develop future medical allocations.
