MediCall has a large number of nurses who have worked with our client's Case Managers. The MediCall nurses have experience with several different aspects of Case Management, such as:

  • Case Manager Assistants which includes scheduling appointments, contacting providers and following up on test results and reports
  • Assessing members and completing referral forms that are sent back to our clients
  • Calling members on behalf of the Case Manager for routine follow up calls
