Our clinicians are at the heart of
MediCall's established reputation for clinical excellence. Our staff
of nurses, pharmacists, and physicians not only are contractually
held to U.S. based standards, but more often than not, exceed those
standards by the in-depth training, diligence, and passion they
bring to their responsibilities . This is supported by the overwhelmingly
positive testimonials from our existing clientele.
MediCall's primary staff consist of
nurses stationed both in the U.S. as well as in our Manila based
service center. Qualified nurses are assigned based on program specifications,
which may either require Philippine or U.S. nurse licensure, enabling
MediCall to position highly customized solutions for our clients.
Every MediCall nurse is required to have a four year Bachelor of
Science nursing degree from an accredited Philippine university,
as well as a minimum of three years clinical experience before they
will be considered for employment. Because in the Philippines, a
nursing degree requires 13 years of pre-university schooling, English
is used as the official language of instruction. As such, nurses
are able to communicate fluently in English. Curriculums are patterned
after the BSN programs in the US, and are taught using US textbooks.
After completing their university education, the graduates are required
to take and pass a nursing licensure exam before they can practice
in the Philippines.
These same rigid standards also apply
to our teams of Philippine based physicians and pharmacists. All
our clinicians are carefully screened and tested to ensure they
maintain" license to practice" in good standing and meet
the strict skill sets required by our clients and their specific
programs. Continuing education requirements are also a requirement
for continued employment with MediCall.
